110 Digital Labs ("Diggom," "we," "us," or "our") operates the diggom.com website and the Diggom mobile application management service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Name, email address, and business name when you join our waitlist or sign up
- Business details provided during the intake process (logo, colors, app preferences)
- Payment information processed through our third-party payment provider (Stripe)
- Communications you send to us
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data and analytics from our website
- Device and browser information
- IP address and approximate location
2. How We Use Your Information
- To build and manage your mobile application
- To communicate with you about your app and our service
- To process payments
- To improve our service
- To send service-related notifications
3. Your App's End Users
Each client app operates under its own Firebase project. End-user data (your customers' data) is stored in your dedicated Firebase project. We have administrative access to manage and maintain the infrastructure, but your customer data belongs to you. We do not sell, share, or use your customers' data for any purpose other than operating your app.
4. Third-Party Data Processors
We do not sell your personal information. We rely on the following third-party services to operate, and your data is shared with them as described below:
- Stripe: Processes all payments and stores payment method details (e.g., card numbers, billing addresses). We do not store your full payment information on our servers. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Firebase / Google Cloud: Hosts your app's backend, authentication, database, and storage. End-user data is stored in your dedicated Firebase project. Firebase's handling of data is governed by the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation and Google Privacy Policy.
- Apple & Google (App Stores): Your app is distributed through platforms governed by their own privacy policies. We do not control data collected directly by Apple or Google through their app stores.
We may also share data when required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, your app listing remains for 60 days. We provide a full data export upon request. After the retention period, your Firebase project and associated data are deleted.
6. Data Export and Deletion
You may request an export of all your data at any time. You may also request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), Firebase security rules, and access controls. Each client's data is isolated in its own Firebase project.
8. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website.
